About Brooke Boucher

Growing up in a small town instills certain qualities into a person at a young age, Brooke is one of those people. She says this in a positive way, it has made her a loyal, trustworthy, and humble person. It has also given her a strong sense of values and standard of service. Whether you are a first-time buyer, downsizing, or just need a new view she is determined and excited to assist you through to the end. She plans on showing her eccentric personality and attention to detail to every individual she encounters in her career.

Brooke started her Real Estate career in 2016 and has been working towards her industry goals ever since. She joined the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® also in 2016 and has served on multiple committees helping plan and organize events for the Association, Business Partners and the Community! Brooke attends REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill in Boston every year – this is when REALTORS® from across the Commonwealth come to advocate for homeownership and private property rights.

In 2020, she was recognized as a member of the REALTOR® Honor Society and achieved the Top Producer Award through NCMAR for 3+ years. Continuing to grow her business through 2022, Brooke became licensed in our neighbor state – New Hampshire and completed her oath as a MA Notary Public. What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I joined Lamacchia because the company, the people, and environment were very inviting and willing to help before I was even officially a part of their team. They listened and delivered on their promises. The training and systems in place made me feel confident and excited to share the information with my friends, family, clients, and future clients. Having the support in an industry that is continually changing is crucial to provide the best service to my clients.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family – Chris my husband, Logan my son & our crew of three dogs – Ruger, Walker, and Buddy aka “the boys”. We bought our home in 2015 in Fitchburg and have been DIY-ing each room as we go. Summer months I enjoy being outside finding time to enjoy some kayaking, biking, walks and enjoying the yard! Winter months of New England are always fun sneaking away to snowmobile or take the opportunity to fire up our sauna. I enjoy weekend trips to flea markets & estate sales, reading, crafting and cooking!”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I have worked with Habitat for Humanity since I started my career and love what they are able to do to help so many families.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite part of being REALTOR® is being able to help people accomplish something that they think they are not able to do. It is a very exciting, emotional and sometimes scary process and my goal is to provide my clients with information and steps to help them feel comfortable and confident. It warms my heart when I see/hear people beginning to plan for the future and with my help I get them there.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have three dogs – Ruger, Walker and Buddy aka “the boys”! The three of them love when Mom gets to work from home and enjoys running around the yard chasing rabbits and birds. Occasionally, they will be my assistant for the day and tag along for some treats and car rides.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I’m not the best at following the seasons but I do love watching and cheering on the Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox.”
